Delete your KEEY LIVE account
This page explains how to request permanent deletion of a KEEY LIVE account operated by Taihong Network Limited. Account deletion is different from signing out and cannot be undone after completion.
Delete your account in the app
- Open KEEY LIVE and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Personal Center, select Settings, and then select Cancel Account.
- Read the cancellation notice, complete any identity or account-security verification shown, enter the requested reason, and submit the request.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from an email address you can access. Include only your KEEY LIVE account ID, the phone number or email registered to the account, and a short statement requesting permanent account deletion. We may ask for additional information through a secure verification process before acting on the request.
Email an account-deletion requestDo not send sensitive credentials
Never include your password, one-time verification code, payment-card details, private key, authentication token, or other secret in the email. KEEY LIVE support does not need those credentials to begin an account-deletion review.
What happens after you submit
- We locate the account and verify that the request comes from the account holder.
- We review unresolved balances, transactions, disputes, security restrictions, or other obligations that may need to be addressed before deletion.
- After the request is approved and completed, access to the account ends and covered personal information is deleted or anonymized, subject to the retention exceptions below.
Data deletion and retention exceptions
Account deletion is permanent. We delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account when the request is completed, except for records that must be retained for legal, tax, transaction-record, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance obligations. Retained records are restricted to the applicable purpose and are deleted or anonymized when the retention basis expires.
