Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If the law where you live requires a higher age before KEEY LIVE may lawfully provide the service without parental consent, that higher age is the minimum age for you.

You must not be prohibited from using the service and must provide truthful age and registration information. Creating an account for an ineligible person, impersonating another person, or providing materially false account information violates these Terms.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, limiting unauthorized access to your device, and activities conducted through your account. Keep account information accurate, current, and complete, and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may allow sign-in through a third-party service. That third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of information is governed by its own policy, while KEEY LIVE handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. The service

KEEY LIVE enables eligible users to create or distribute live streams, publish short videos, and use public interaction tools such as comments and other features shown in the app. Other users’ views, including expressions made through virtual items, do not represent the views or values of KEEY LIVE.

Service availability and particular features may vary by account, app version, device, and region. We may maintain, update, add, restrict, or discontinue features for technical, security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.

Operating a global service can require storing and distributing content and data through systems in locations outside where you live, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for live streams, videos, audio, messages, text, images, profile information, and other material you create, upload, transmit, perform, or store through the service (“User Content”). You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.

By uploading live content or other User Content to a publicly accessible area of the service, you grant KEEY LIVE and its sublicensees a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license, without geographical or time limitation and without further approval or compensation, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, publicly display, and incorporate that content, in whole or in part, into existing or future works, media, or technologies.

You are responsible for keeping any backup you need. Public content may be copied or redistributed by others. We do not endorse User Content and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for statements or views expressed by users.

5. Acceptable use

You must not create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, harassing, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or community rules.

You must not impersonate another person or entity; falsely claim an affiliation; access another person’s account without permission; collect personal information without authority; manipulate identifiers; distribute malware; interfere with security, content controls, servers, networks, or another user’s enjoyment of the service; or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from protected parts of the service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. You must not remove ownership notices or evade access restrictions.

6. Virtual diamonds and gifts

Where the app makes purchase functionality available, only a person who is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction may purchase virtual diamonds or send virtual gifts. The price and any additional transaction terms are shown at the time of purchase.

Diamonds are virtual items for use within KEEY LIVE. They are not cash, legal tender, a deposit, or credit; they cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or used outside the service except as KEEY LIVE expressly permits. Diamonds may be used for virtual gifts and supported in-app functions.

Unless these Terms provide otherwise, all sales of diamonds and gifts are final and, in principle, purchased diamonds are not refundable. In special circumstances—such as a recharge abnormality caused by network or server fluctuation, or a policy requirement in an individual country or region—we may issue a refund at our discretion, subject to applicable mandatory law. If a transaction is abnormal, contact support with the relevant order information and never send a password or verification code.

We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards, and/or other payment methods that we may make available through the service. You are bound by the terms of the payment method you select. By submitting an order, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge the purchase amount to the account you specify. Payments are made in US dollars unless another currency is provided through an available KEEY LIVE payment method.

A payment-processing partner may require personal data such as valid government-issued identification, legal name, address, and date of birth to process a payment through its financial institution and comply with applicable laws, and may communicate directly with you about a payment problem. If an online purchase is rejected, check the submitted data and contact support if the transaction is still not accepted.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, data, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, and other materials provided by KEEY LIVE, is owned by or licensed to Taihong Network Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no license or ownership right in KEEY LIVE materials is granted to you. You may not use KEEY LIVE names, marks, or protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.

8. Moderation, suspension, and termination

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KEEY LIVE may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove, screen, or edit User Content and terminate your license to use the service, including the ability to publish User Content, or block or prevent future access where we reasonably believe: (a) your use violates these Terms or applicable law; (b) you fraudulently use or abuse the service; or (c) technical or legitimate business reasons prevent us from continuing to provide the service. This may include terminating or suspending access to a purchased product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if you are dissatisfied with the service, these Terms, KEEY LIVE policies or practices, or content or information transmitted through the service, your remedy is to terminate your account and stop using the service. Nothing in this paragraph limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

If you wish to stop using the service and delete your account, use the in-app feedback or account controls where available. Account deletion can prevent reactivation and recovery of content or information associated with the account, subject to information we must retain under law or the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

You use the service at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KEEY LIVE does not guarantee that every function will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, and is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where applicable law requires a different standard, that law controls. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of service issues within our control.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms when we update service functions, combine applications or services operated by us or our affiliates, or when regulation changes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, for example through a notice on the KEEY LIVE platform, but you should also review the Terms periodically.

Continued access to or use of the service after the date of new Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms, subject to applicable mandatory notice and consent requirements. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the service.

11. Interpretation

Headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and are not used to interpret the provisions. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory law or consumer right that applies to you, the mandatory rule controls to the extent of the conflict.

Questions about the service or these Terms may be submitted to support. Contacting support does not limit a non-waivable right available under applicable law.
